Her Sober Mind began as a small but powerful realization: "as women in addiction recovery, we don't often have a space where we can feel safe to speak freely about the reality of addiction without judgement or shame. So, what if we did?"
My hope is to turn that realization into reality, because the stigma is real, and it's not pretty. We could use some light in our lives, especially during the dark moments. Walking this journey alone can be scary; I'm here to remind you that you are not alone.
